Banafsheh Sayyad Dance Workshop at the Pacific Asia Museum - Pasadena (September 8, 2007)              Internationally acclaimed dancer, choreographer and pioneer in contemporary mystical Persian dance, Banafsheh Sayyad performed, then presented a guided session in Sufi turning. The performance served as a gateway to the ancient tradition of turning, and Sayaad's teaching techniques allow people of all experience levels to turn for a sustained period with ease.
