Bahram Osqueezadeh, a santurist, composer and conductor, has appeared on many radio and television programs in Iran. Winner of the Gold Award at the Eighth Annual Fajr Music Festival, he has toured Iran and regularly performed concerts featuring his own original compositions. Mr. Osqueezadeh?s love of composition led him to the United States, where he is currently finishing his doctoral degree in composition at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sahba Motallebi, a graduate of the Tehran Conservatory, received the award for best tar player at the Iranian Music Festival for four consecutive years from 1995 to 1998 and joined the Iranian National Orchestra in 2000. In addition to her extensive live performance schedule, she has also recorded several CDs and composed numerous theatrical pieces.

Faramarz AmiriRanjbar, began to study tombak at age 17 at the Tehran School of Arts, where he studied with M. Eftekhari. He studied ensemble and duet playing with master Jamal Samavati, and has performed with tar masters such as Samavati and Majid Derakhshani.
