Sohrab Pournazeri (October 7, 1982 - Kermanshah) is a Kurdish Iranian musician, virtuoso and composer. He plays Kamancheh and tanbour. Sohrab obtained his bachelor's degree in music from the Faculty of the Arts, Sooreh University in Tehran. Music is something Sohrab was born into as he comes from a family of musicians. He is a member of the Shams Ensemble directed by his father Kaykhosro Pournazeri.
